A collection is an arbitrary defined set of web pages. You can create collections for specific areas

A source is made up out of one or more starting URL's.

Results are presented in order of relevancy.
Can you index pages linked through javascript menu's
No, javascript based menu' can not be crawled. You can however put any link that is inside
a javascript menu as a starting page in a collection.
